Communication:
The best way to communicate with us is to send an e-mail
or leave a message on our voice mail. You can also
write a note and send it with your child or give it to the
office. Please do not send verbal messages with your
child. If you want to schedule a conference just let
us know and we can find a time to meet.

Dates:
Absences:
When a student is absent we will write down all the homework
and class work that is missed. If you would like to
work sent home please leave us an e-mail or voice mail
message. We can either send it home the student will
receive it when he/she returns to school.
Monday Folders:
Every Monday the students will bring home their previous
weeks work in a folder. Please review these papers
with your child and return the empty folder to school on
Tuesday.
Birthdays:
If your child wants he/she may bring in something to
share, wear free dress, and/or bring a treat o share with
the class on his/her birthday. We encourage healthy
snacks. Please send individual treats that do not need
to be cut or poured.
