First Grade has adopted W.E.A.V.E. as our community service project for the holiday season. We recycle cans & bottles as our way of "Caring for God's Creation" - $ collected is donated to W.E.A.V.E. This very worthwhile organization has also requested gift certificates to clothing and department stores ie. Wal-Mart, Target, Sears etc. to give out on a special day. Families referred by counselors will have the opportunity to "Shop" for their children's Christmas presents. W.E.A.V.E. is also accepting unwrapped, new toys as well. Thank you for your participation and for making the holiday's a special time for those in need! You may send in donations any time. MAY GOD'S BLESSINGS BE WITH YOU!
