$75 fee/sport; 4 Athletic hours/sport
Log in to School Speak. Fill out the Athletics Parent agreement form and the Athletics Medical & Emergency contact form.
Print out the Medical Release form and take to your child’s physician to complete. Turn in to the office
Participation fees will be billed to families after rosters are finalized.
ALL paperwork must be completed PRIOR to tryouts or first practice (whichever comes first).
