2016-2017 Enrollment Forms
Enrollment Forms were due Friday, May 20
End of Year Statements for your 2015-2016 commitments were given to students on Thursday, May 5.
Please contact the school office if you do not know your current balance due. jyandell@stignatiussacschool.org or 488-3907.
If you do not have a balance due then you should have received an email with a link to complete your 2016-2017 Enrollment Forms on Schoolspeak.
If you submit a check to the office to clear a balance then you will receive the email within one to two business days after we receive payment.
A $150 per family late fee will apply for Enrollment Agreements submitted after May 20.
Tuition Payment Arrangements are due June 20
- One annual payment for the full amount paid by check due June 20 or
- Ten monthly payments made through the FACTS Payment Plan beginning in July, 2016 and ending April, 2017. This option is subject to a $45 FACTS service fee which will be processed within fourteen days of finalizing the FACTS account. Returning families are not required to set up a new FACTS account, as your information will roll forward from last school year. *In order to receive the parishioner rate for Kindergarten through eighth grade families must be registered members of St. Ignatius Parish, attend Mass on a regular basis, be active in the parish community life, and contribute $480 annually ($10 per week) to St. Ignatius Parish. Contributions need to be made using Parish Pay, parish envelopes or personal checks. If these requirements are not met on a consistent and regular basis, the school, at its discretion, can and will revert the tuition due to the non-parishioner level effective for the entire school year. Regular review of parish contributions will be performed for all families receiving the in-parish tuition rate.
