Gala is your last opportunity for major fundraising hours this year!  We need a few key people to chair important parts of the event.  Please review the roles listed below and brief descriptions.  Email derby@SIGala.org if you are interested. 

Chair Positions Needed:

Silent Auction Co-Chair

Help coordinate item descriptions, photos and posting online.  After event wrap up & coordinating delivery of items to buyers.

Jewelry Raffle Chair

Day of – ticket sales & promotion. Deliver item to winner.

Tuition Raffle Chair

Coordinate selling tickets now until night of Gala.  Strong push for sales.  Coordinate morning sales in parking lot and front office.  Track in spreadsheet sales & ticket numbers.  Email purchase spreadsheet for wrap up to Finance committee.

Decorations Chair

Work with Chairs to develop and implement event day décor.  Requires full day commitment for day of event day.  Manage decorations volunteers day-of.  Set up & arrange display of live auction items.

Bourbon Sponsor and VIP Table Chair

Day of – Table Host, Monitoring table needs & Coordinating bar service. Arrange for Bourbon Sponsor Gift at event or sent to home.

Classroom Race Horse Chair

Track individual horse sales, deliver horses to front office daily as purchased to be distributed to classrooms, transmit final sales and numbers to finance chair for fundraising credit, communicate with room parent and assist in planning winning class party and teacher gift.
