• $25 TARGET gift card in a random drawing.  Any student who sells anything (even one item!) will be eligible for this.
• Teacher prizes for classes with 50%+ participation.  

Our goal is to sell $5000 worth of products!  ORDERS ARE DUE BY 11/7.

• Add your contact info to your form. Our fundraiser ID is: 176157
• Collect money with the orders. Please collect 5% sales tax.
• Make checks payable to: St. Ignatius School
• Turn in money with a copy of your order form to: The School Office by 11/7/2016
• Keep a copy of your orders to easily distribute your customer orders!

• Orders will be distributed at school the week of 12/5

Instructions for online Orders 

Order at:  www.mixedbagdesigns.com/?fundraiserid= 176157.  Make sure our ID number 176157 is added at checkout.  Add the seller you are supporting too!  These orders will be sent directly to your home.  Free shipping on $75+ orders.  

Reminder:  be sure to add 5% sales tax to all orders and include the students name.
