Volunteers needed for Capital Campaign – Master Campus Plan

As we move into the second phase of the Capital Campaign, the Construction Phase, we are shifting gears and beginning to look at making the “Master Campus Plan” a reality.  This phase covers the next 18-24 months as we prepare for the arrival of the modulars, demolition, construction and will conclude with the final dedication of the new buildings.

As part of this Master Campus Plan, we are forming two new committees of volunteers.  The first is a small group of 4-5 people who would assist in the process of connecting our many donors to specific “naming opportunities” for buildings, classrooms, offices, and memorial areas.  It is a rewarding process of meeting with those who have given significant gifts and making sure their memory and intentions are remembered for future generations who will pass through the rooms and halls of our new school and parish offices.  If you would like to assist with the “Building and Room Naming Committee” please contact Fr. Dave at dayotte@stignatiussac.org.

A second committee is being formed known as the “Bricks and Heritage Drive Committee” and will work over the length of this Second Phase- Master Campus Plan(18- 24 months).  This larger committee of 8-10 persons will work on coordinating the preservation of mementos and important objects from the old buildings and offering them for alumni and parishioners as keepsakes.  This same group will offer bricks and commemorative stones for the new walking areas of the campus.  Lastly, this committee will be responsible for assisting in the design and expansion of the donor wall recognizing the many persons who will have made the dream of our new school and parish offices a reality.  If you would like to assist with the “Bricks and Heritage Drive Committee” please contact Fr. Dave at dayotte@stignatiussac.org.

Many thanks for all your prayers, time and resources. Together we are grateful for our past and hopeful in our future.

Fr. Dave
