Breakfast With Santa- A Big Success

We hope everyone enjoyed Breakfast with Santa this year!  Our goal was to transform the gym into a magical Christmas in Candyland and create a special holiday experience for both our school and parish families.

Volunteers

Our success is owed to the following contributors:

  • Santa, our guest of honor, for making the morning so special for all who believe
  • Knights of Columbus for preparing our delicious breakfast buffet
  • Michael Marois for being our wonderful photographer
  • Cynthia Clark, who served as our wonderful Volunteer Coordinator
  • Carol Nelson, Tessa Green and the SI website team, who worked with us tirelessly to make sure all of our emails went out when we needed them and that all the content on the website was current and accurate.

On the day of the event, the true stars were the Volunteers.  Their help was extremely valuable in making the event a success.  Special thanks to everyone who helped in the kitchen and breakfast room to ensure we were all fed; to our Safety Watch team, who gives us peace of mind; to everyone at the Arts and Crafts and Game stations; to Maria Marios and Don Wake, who worked very hard to get all of the pictures printed out and distributed. We can’t forget the Cookie Bakers (you know who you are) – the cookies all turned out delicious.  We would also like to thank Dirk Williams and his team for working so hard to get the tables, chairs and trees set up. All of our Parent Volunteers, from those who worked prior to the event in their homes to those who were there the day of the event were instrumental in making everything run smoothly. Last, but not least were our Student Volunteers. We appreciate their willingness to donate their time and for working as hard as they did. To all of our volunteers, thank you! You were all a huge part of the event!
