In partnership with the Diocese of Sacramento Catholic School
Department, the FBI is hosting a parent information night with
the topic: “Keeping Children Safe in the Digital
World.” Over the past couple years, we have been fortunate
to have the FBI on our campus to provide this same talk. It
is very interesting and we always learn something new. The
class is over Zoom and it is FREE. Please checked the

The Annual Run With the Cops 5k came to be in 2016 and is a great
community event. We strive to make it even better every year. The
5th Annual Run With the Cops 5k is both a timed 5k and a walk and
will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in Old Sacramento
(start/finish line on Front Street.).
The local Cub Scout group, Pack 225 which usually meets at Our
Lady of the Assumption Parish School and St. Ignatius is
recruiting kids of all ages to join the Pack. I understand that
the idea of adding a new virtual activity can be challenging. I
wanted to take some time to go over the basics of scouting and
answer some questions parents have when considering a new
activity for their child.
Join the STC School of the Arts in a fun, supportive, and
encouraging environment! Experience the creativity of theatre
while making new friends and having fun back in-person! Camp
staff includes professional theatre artists who lead students
through a performance based curriculum
that includes teamwork, confidence-building, and creative
Camps include acting, dancing, and singing classes, with a new
focus this year on scenic arts, props and costuming, and
character building! Each session ends with a full camp
collaborative final presentation for families.

The Jesuit Jr. Marauders is a faith-based athletic organization
that actively develops young athletes from all backgrounds.
The Jr. Marauders rely on the positive contributions of young
athletes and parents in the areas of sportsmanship, discipline,
character, and academic achievement, in a competitive team
environment. The Jesuit Jr. Marauders endeavors to conform
to the Athletics Mission Statement of Jesuit High School.
Anyone who would like to volunteer their time at school, on a
field trip, or any activity that involves our students, MUST
complete an on line course provided by Catholic Mutual
THIS TRAINING IS MANDATED AND A CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED TO
THE SCHOOL OFFICE BEFORE YOU MAY VOLUNTEER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY
SCHOOL EVENTS/FUNCTIONS WHERE CHILDREN ARE PRESENT. This
training must be renewed EVERY 3 years.
