Athletics Forms 2025-26
Three forms needed/student-athlete

Each St. Ignatius student planning to participate in a St. Ignatius school sport must have on file three forms in the office: 1) their physician signed medical release form; 2)Athletics Emergency form; and 3)signed acknowledgement form for Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Opiod fact sheets. The forms are due prior to tryouts (Girls Volleyball and JV & Varsity basketball) or the first practice for all other sports.

St. Ignatius Spring Sports pictures are Monday, March 30th after school

Order of pictures: Golf, JV Track & Field, Girls Flag Football, Varsity Track & Field, and Boys Volleyball.

Athletes should check with their Coach for meeting place and time.

Team & individual pictures are provided at no additional cost. Families may add additional picture products the day of pictures with Spectrum Photography https://spectrum200.com/

The gym and Garden Room are closed except for players and their coaches.

Anyone who would like to volunteer their time at school, on a field trip, or any activity at St. Ignatius, MUST complete an on line course provided by Catholic Mutual Group before volunteering.

THIS TRAINING IS MANDATED AND A CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE BEFORE YOU MAY VOLUNTEER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SCHOOL EVENTS/FUNCTIONS WHERE CHILDREN ARE PRESENT. This training must be renewed EVERY 3 years.
