Each spring fifth through eighth grade boys and girls run, jump,
and throw as part of the St. Ignatius track team. Meets are
held at Jesuit High School.
Each St. Ignatius student planning to participate in a St.
Ignatius school sport must have on file three forms in the
office: 1) their physician signed medical release
form; 2)Athletics Emergency form; and 3)signed
acknowledgement form for Concussion, Sudden Cardiac
Arrest, and Opiod fact sheets. The forms
are due prior to tryouts (Girls
Volleyball and JV & Varsity basketball) or the first practice for
all other sports.
Tiger Strong is a fun, high-energy strength and conditioning
program based on proven methods that keep kids active, confident,
and engaged. We mix structured workouts with games and fitness
challenges to create a positive and supportive experience for all
skill levels.
I’m excited to explore the idea of offering a Tiger Strong Summer
2025 program for our incoming 4th–8th grade students, and I’d
