For those of you who need the high school information again, here is my email from October.

Dear Parents,

At Back to School Night, I went over the process of the High School Recommendation forms for the Catholic High Schools.  I mentioned that you needed to print all the Rec forms from the HS website, fill out your portion, and bring them all to me by a certain date.  ALERT, ALERT….things have changed.  Jesuit and St. Francis are going paperless for the Rec Forms.

I have been on the phone with all three Catholic High Schools the past week and hope to make this as clear as possible. Here is the breakdown for each school:

Jesuit: http://www.jesuithighschool.org/online-registration-and-application

The link will take you directly to their application registration.  Parents will still complete the application online as in the past, but now, you will NOT print the Recommendation forms off.  Rather, you will go to the specific Rec Form, and insert the email address for who you want to fill the form out.  For example, when you get to the Language Arts Rec Form, you will type in Madeline Berghoff’s email address.  An email will go to Mrs. Berghoff and she will fill the form out online and submit it online.  You will do this for Math (either my email or Haidi Spinelli), the Principal form (Mrs. Lane), and the Pastor form (Fr. Mike).  Below,  you will see all of the email addresses, so you can copy and paste.

YOU WILL STILL need to print off the “Academic Report” form, fill it out at the top, and have your son bring it to ME.  This is the only form you need to print off to bring to SI.

My understanding is there is a way for you to follow the progress of admission completion online, so you will see when these forms are completed.  PLEASE BRING THE ACADEMIC REPORT FORM TO MR. GRIALOU BY DEC. 1.  ALSO, PLEASE FILL OUT THE OTHER RECOMMENDATION FORMS AND INSERT THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS BY DEC. 1.  We want the teachers, Mrs. Lane, and Fr. Mike to have enough time to complete the forms.  While they are not due until early January, we do not want to the last minute to receive these emails.

The link will take you directly to their application registration.  CB has NOT changed anything.  You will still print off all the Rec Forms (English, Math, Principal, and Request for Grades and Test Scores), fill out the top portion, and have your son or daughter bring them ALL TO ME.  CB does not have a Pastor form.

I would like all Rec forms for CB also by Dec. 1 so I can organize them and get them ready for each individual.
