Is your 5th – 8th grade student interested in participating in one of our PAL school sponsored Fall sports?  Fall sports are:  Girls Volleyball (5th – 8th grades); Boys Flag Football (7th & 8th grades); and Co-ed Cross Country (5th – 8th grades).     The first step is to complete the physician signed Medical release form after June 15th.   Form can be scanned and sent to Carol Nelson or Lisa Schneider (cnelson@stignatiussacschool or Lschneider@stignatiussacschool.org) or dropped off at the school office. 

The form must be on file in the office prior to participation in tryouts (Girls Volleyball) or practice (Boys Flag Football and Cross Country).  Form is attached.
