Milk Order Form 2022/2023
Parents: If you would like to order milk for your student/students, please fill out the attached form and return it to the school office. You can send it to school with your child or you can turn it in at Back to School night.
Milk can only be ordered at the beginning of the school year, the fee is for the full year.
