This is a new preseason track program, similar to the Jesuit Jr. Marauders football program.  The program runs from November through early February.  It is designed to not interfere with the P.A.L. track season,but to enhance it.  It is coed and focuses on fitness, strength,and technical development particularly in the areas of sprints,jumps,and hurdles.  It is a USATF sanctioned club and may eventually provide competitive opportunities in the summer season as well for those who are interested.
