Parent Club is THE SI Club! Join the PC Board and help us make it the fun way to fulfil obligations to the school and create incredible connections with other SI parents. 

The Parent Club approved a slate of awesome new officers for the upcoming 2019-20 school year as proposed by the Nominating Committee – thank you SI Parents!! There are still positions open! We are continuing to discuss opportunities with existing and new candidates. Feel free to team up and Co-Chair any of these fun opportunities. Fill out and turn in an interest form to the school office or email ElisabethLWhite@gmail.com. Info must be received by Monday, April 29th to be considered.

The following positions need additional help:

Gala Live Auction & Event – Vice Chair(s)

Biggest party of the year!!  Live Auction donations, Fund-a-Need, advertising, printing, design, dinner, dancing, event & party planning. Raffle, chance auction and/or games for the evening of the event.

Gala Silent Auction – Vice Chair(s)

Bring in the bacon! Silent Auction donations (large & small), online software data management, sign-up parties, class contests, free dress pass & item fulfillment.

Amazing Grapes – Vice Chair(s)

“Amazing” food & wine evening event! Organize and set up food & wine booths, decorations, “Teacher Experience” items, class contests, cash prize raffle.  

Spooktacular – Vice Chair(s)

Fun family-friendly Fall themed event & dance! Food offering, adult beer garden, games for small children, haunted house.

The Process

After you have turned in your Parent Cub Interest form, all candidates are reviewed in the Parent Club Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee includes members of the Parent Club Executive Board, Principal and parent representatives for grade levels TK to 8th grade. This is a confidential process aimed at finding the best fit for each position.
