The time has come to release our Painted Lady Butterflies into the world! Both classes had a fantastic time holding the butterflies, watching the butterflies land on their friends, and watching them fly off into the wild blue yonder. Two of our butterfly friends weren’t quite ready to fly, so I found a special place for them in the flowers… :0) We finished up with a delicious butterfly cookie!
It rained all through the Preschool’s Spirit Day, but we didn’t care! The kids had a blast playing games in the rain. Then they came in, had some pizza and watermelon, and received a metal because they were all great sports and great friends. Then the rain stopped and the rainbow came out; a perfect ending!
The Pollywogs had a great time at their party! They made St. Patrick puppets, went on a potato hunt, then sat down and had a delicious snack which included shamrock shaped sandwiches, cheese, and salami. It was another party success!
